We are proud to offer custom press brake forming services. Our facility has 4 press brakes which we can expertly operate to work with any material up to 250 tons. Our custom press brake forming services are available for parts up to 12 feet long and 1/2" inch thick.

SHEARING

With a 10’ shear in house, Altona Custom Metal Works has the ability to shear 1/4" thick stainless steel, 3/8" thick steel and 1/2" thick aluminum.

PUNCHING

With a CNC punch and hydraulic Ironworker, we can  precisely punch any material ranging from 24 gauge to 1/2" thick.
